Panorama concentrated on the growth of automation in an interesting programme on BBC last night. They especially looked at how automation is changing the job market and they concluded that;
About 35% of current jobs in the UK are at high risk of computerisation over the following 20 years, according to a study by researchers at Oxford University and Deloitte.
What does this mean for Pharmacy?
Well on the BBC website they have a list of 100’s of jobs and professions to assess the likelihood that automation will impact the workforce.
